In the learning and development industry for over 20 years, Gina brings her experiences with adult learning and immersive work environments to help organizations create spaces that not only support learning, but that accelerate the learning transfer process and increase retention—ultimately increasing the return on your training dollars. Graduating from San Jose State with a degree in psychology, Gina is fascinated with human behavior and adult learning.
