Summary of Norm Bossio

As a speaker, Norm Bossio combines content with comedy to create a unique mix that ensures audience participation. Unlike many traditional speakers who use podiums, Norm isn't confined to such formalities; he would much rather walk around the audience to get a feel for who he is speaking to. Norm has been a teacher, principal, and superintendent in public schools and he often draws upon his experiences in these fields for content in his speeches. Since Norm began speaking in 1980, he has spoken in front of over 2 ½ million audience members in venues ranging from an American Indian Village Tribunal to the Hoosier Dome. His audiences have included clients ranging from Bill Clinton to Steven King. Some of Norm's topics include: Motivation, Leadership, Team Building, Time Management, Change, Stress and Conflict Management, Problem Solving, Performance Appraisal and Decision Making.
