In addition to her articles in local, regional, and national publications, Teresa has also written two books on customer service. She is co-author of The Service Path: Your Roadmap for Building Strong Customer Loyalty and author of Common Sense Service: Close Encounters on the Front Lines.

Teresa holds a degree in business administration and marketing, and she enjoyed a highly successful sales career with both national corporations and local businesses for over ten years prior to forming her customer service trainingand consulting firm. She has been a guest host of local television programming and has appeared in several motion pictures. A native of Chicago, Teresa now resides with her husband in Louisiana, where she is also a former Queen of Mardi Gras.
