Steve stressed the importance that rather than focus on what isn’t working, it’s time to shift your thinking to the things that you appreciate in life. It doesn’t matter who or what you may be grateful for, everyone can find something that is important to them. It is very easy to get caught up in your own negativity. You need to make it a priority to look at the positive things going for you. If you are able to do this, you will change your attitude and get hooked on leading a happier life.
